Pricing questions
Is hardware included?
No, packages cover labour. Hardware is billed at cost plus 10% (ordering, setup, warranty handling), or you buy it yourself from our list.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
We quote it at the hourly rate of $95/h. You know the price before we start.
Is there a deposit?
For projects over $1,000, a 30% deposit confirms the date. The rest is due when the work is done.
Can I cancel a maintenance plan?
Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
